Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies with White Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted or powder. I used powdered

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
  • In an electric mixer, with paddle attachment, cream together butter and both sugars.
  • Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
  • Beat until well mixed.
  • Gradually add flour and mix util "dry".
  • Stir in dark chocolate.
  • Fold in white and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto ungreased baking sheet. Leave them kind of roundish for best texture.
  • Bake at 350° for 13-16 minutes.
